Public comments (Max. 500 words / 4-minute public comment) will be accepted by email prior to Monday, March 30, 2020, at Noon at email@example.com. Comments must include the sender’s name and home address to be included. All written public comments will be made part of the agenda; however, the District will redact the sender’s personal email address information from the public agenda and minutes.
A link to listen and view the meeting will be available on the district website. This will provide the public with the opportunity to listen and view the meeting live. Additionally, the meeting will be recorded and a link to the recording will be placed on the District website under the School Board tab on the District main page and on BoardDocs to provide the public with additional opportunities to review the meeting.
